As a member (Registered as a Student) studyoverseas4.com is for the personal use of individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any organization which is registered or not registered aiming for commercial profits.Any Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the SO4U Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Studyoverseas4u.com is prohibited. Any such activities may result in deleting the profile and terminating the account privileges.

Studyoverseas4u.com cannot monitor the conduct of its Members on the site and is also a violation of the Terms to use any information obtained from the Service in order to abuse, harass or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. Studyoverseas4u.com reserves the right to restrict the number of messages / contacts / response emails to member(s) / partners in 24 hours time interval.You will not send any messages to other Members that are licentious, obscene, lewd, and defamatory, promote hatred and/or are racial or abusive in any manner. Messages with such content result in breach of Terms and resulting in deleting the profile and terminating the accounts without any notice. SO4U reserve full rights to screen the messages that you send to members.

You are restricted to any/not limited to use automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate/contact/respond/interact with Studyoverseas4u.com and/or its Members.

B. For Advertisers (Universities, Colleges, Consultants)

StudyOverseas4u.com and Advertisers enters in to Advertisers agreement to establish the terms and conditions by which advertisers may display the contents in StudyOverseas4u.com website / services.

Advertisers agree and acknowledge:

• One stop platform for overseas/local education for respective countries, where students come for information on education and acts as a interface between the education seeker and education provider, consultant.
• StudyOverseas4u.com does not guarantee any number of responses from students for any activities.
• StudyOverseas4u.com obligation to the Advertiser is to promote the Advertiser's products or services by showing banners, taglines, text links or SMS or email provided by the Advertiser on site(s) across the StudyOverseas4u.com online properties or in email transmissions or through SMS text messages.

It is the sole responsibility of the Advertiser to provide the necessary Creative as per the requirements of services by StudyOverseas4u.com. StudyOverseas4u.com have the full rights to change the dates of release/launch date of campaigns if the articles related to it (link, video, pictures etc.) in time either by third-party, technical or any other issues. All payments will be made in advance unless agreed upon otherwise or credit is approved and StudyOverseas4u.com is under no obligation to perform agreed upon services until payment is received. It is the Advertisers responsibility to validate all impressions, clicks, leads and/or acquisitions. The Advertiser must report any discrepancies related to their campaign to StudyOverseas4u.com within ten (10) days of the occurrence. StudyOverseas4u.com not liable for any discrepancies not reported within this time frame and Advertiser waives all right, title, and intent to dispute payment to StudyOverseas4u.com based upon any discrepancy not reported within this time frame. Furthermore, no refund claims will be entertained on grounds of unsatisfactory leads the feedback for which has come beyond this time frame. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no refund claims whatsoever will be entertained in respect of branding solutions.If Advertiser fails to pay overdue invoices for previous campaigns, StudyOverseas4u.com reserves the right to immediately terminate any active campaigns.All payments must be made in US Dollars, understands and agrees that in no event, and under no circumstance will data provided by any StudyOverseas4u.com representative constitute final billing numbers. Only invoices mailed directly to Advertisers and Agencies are to be construed as representative of billable amounts.

STUDYOVERSEAS4U SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THE ADVERTISER FOR LOST PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, BASED UPON A CLAIM OF ANY TYPE OR NATURE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CONTRACT, TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY OR STRICT LIABILITY), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY EVENT STUDYOVERSEAS4U TOTAL OBLIGATIONS AND/OR LIABILITY CAN NEVER EXCEED THE CHARGE FOR THE ADVERTISEMENT IN QUESTION. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, STUDYOVERSEAS4U MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES TO ADVERTISER AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

02 Declaimers

All documents, software, images, photographs, text, services and other similar materials ("materials") contained in this Studyoverseas4u.com are provided by studyoverseas4u.com or its third party manufacturers, authors, developers, vendors and partners/clients. Studyoverseas4u.com owns and retains all proprietary rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights in the Studyoverseas4u.com websites or services and is committed to respecting intellectual property rights of our partners/clients (registered as University / College / Consultants in StudyOverseas4u.com Website).
